One Thing
Maybe you've understood it for years. Maybe you haven't got a clue why you do it. Either is fine. You know what keeps happening, and you know you want something different to happen instead.
Give me that.

What We Work On
On our first call, we'll talk properly about the thing: what happens, when it happens, what you currently do about it and what you'd like to be different. As we talk, I'll build a working list of what I think we need to address. I'll share that list with you so we're both clear about what is - and isn't - inside the work.
Then we crack on.
There may be live work with me, things I give you to use between calls, things I want you to notice or try in real life, and follow-up as we see what changes. We use the month to work on the specific thing we've agreed.
"When I started with Alexia, I was stuck in cycles of anxiety, shame, and self-sabotage. I wanted to be a better mum, a stronger leader, and feel more in control of how I show up in the world — but I didn’t know how.
What I loved about this programme was that it gave me a toolkit I could learn and use myself. It wasn’t just about insight — it actually created change.
I don’t spiral the way I used to. I don’t get triggered the way I used to. I feel calm in situations that would’ve overwhelmed me — whether it’s public speaking, networking, or just handling a tough family moment.
This felt different to anything I’ve tried before. It was practical, empowering — and absolutely worth the investment.
This work has changed how I think, how I parent, how I lead — and I now have a tool I’ll use for life."
